- Manage, develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy for the property.
- Manage brand, advertising, marketing, creative and media buying.
- Maintain and direct third party agencies as per resort requirements.
- Manage e Communications and social media strategy to support business objectives.
- Identify sponsorship and promotional opportunities and manage strategic alliances.
- Monitor industry trends and keep senior managers appraised of brand perceptions.
- Liaise with property General Managers and Department Heads for marketing requirements.
- Participate in preparation of annual departmental operating budget and marketing plan.
- Create and implement PR plans and budgets for room, F&B and spa.
- Manage media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and promotional videos.
- Be guardian of hotel's social media platforms and develop social media campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or Commerce
- 8+ years of international marketing and communications experience
- Previous experience as Director of Marketing in a luxury hotel/resort brand
