- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and verify night audit functions, making necessary corrections or changes
- Upload and reconcile daily revenue from various departments (e.g., Rooms, F&B, SPA, Activities)
- Analyze and verify all income streams, room status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and maintain security deposit reports
- Conduct surprise cash counts and point of sale (POS) audits
- Support outlet and POS teams with financial related inquiries and issues
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain financial accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper revenue recognition and reporting
- Stay up to date with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in income auditing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a similar income auditing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial auditing principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and property management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to work with confidential information with the highest level of integrity
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and presenting financial reports
- Adaptability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
