About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure understanding of business strategy and brand positioning
- Maintain up to date knowledge on product offerings and competitor trends
- Approach sales activities strategically, directing efforts based on account priority
- Review account production against potential and suggest improvements
- Establish new client contacts and develop detailed revenue potential information
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and increase market share within GCC and government segments
- Manage existing relationships with key Government entities, Travel Agents, Corporate accounts, GSO’s and DMC’s
- Achieve personal financial and non financial performance objectives
- Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips and roadshows
- Drive opportunities to upsell and cross sell Anantara products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated track record of managing GCC Leisure, Corporate and Government segments
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of the GCC market and government protocols
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel frequently within GCC countries for business trips

- Demonstrated track record of managing GCC Leisure, Corporate and Government segments
