Aqar Landscape LLC is seeking a highly motivated Landscape Sales Manager to drive business development and secure landscape maintenance contracts across the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for landscape maintenance services across commercial, residential, hospitality, municipal, and industrial sectors
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and develop long term relationships with property managers, facility managers, community associations, consultants, and developers
- Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and competitive commercial proposals
- Prepare and submit tailored maintenance proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements
- Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and business opportunities in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with estimation, procurement, and operations teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially competitive
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and ongoing account management
Requirements
- 10–15 years of proven sales experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, construction, or related industries within the UAE
- Demonstrated success in securing AMCs, service contracts, and long term maintenance agreements
- Strong network of industry contacts within the property management, hospitality, construction, and community management sectors
- Sound knowledge of landscape maintenance services, including soft landscaping, irrigation systems, turf management, tree care, and hardscape maintenance
- Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prepare estimates, proposals, and sales forecasts
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field
