- Responsible for fulfilling Company quality goals on assigned projects
- Taking personal responsibility for safety in the working environment
- Managing cost and schedule goals of assigned projects
- Taking the lead role in planning the preparation and maintenance of gardens, grounds and other leisure areas
- Supervising and assisting in all stages of planting and maintenance
- Developing Nursery
- Proposing the right plants to clients
- Managing pest, disease and weed control programmes

- Landscape: 4 years (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for fulfilling Company quality goals on assigned projects.
- Responsible for insuring 100% Customer Satisfaction on assigned projects.
- Taking personal responsibility for safety in the working environment and promoting safety among your peers, subordinates and supervisors.
- Responsible for managing cost and schedule goals of assigned projects.
- Taking the lead role in planning the preparation and maintenance of gardens, grounds and other leisure areas;
- Supervising and assisting in all stages of planting and maintenance;
- Supervising Site activities
- Assuring timely progress as per company norms
- Developing Nursery.
- Propose the right plants to clients.
- Provide Internal Trainings to Junior Staff’s.
- Designing and planning planting schemes for new projects and reviewing existing planting schemes
