- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow the company's hatching eggs business across the region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hatcheries, distributors, poultry producers, and key commercial partners
- Manage existing customer accounts while driving new customer acquisition and market expansion
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contractual terms with customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, commercial reports, and market analysis for management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and regional business engagements
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's long term commercial growth strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of hatching eggs within the MENA region
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
