Responsibilities
- Oversee product quality assurance activities across hatchery and poultry operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
- Plan and conduct operational audits across departments
- Assess hatchery operations for quality, efficiency, and biosecurity compliance
- Identify operational risks, quality issues, and process improvement opportunities
- Prepare audit reports, quality performance summaries, and executive recommendations
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with department managers to strengthen quality systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety, and quality management requirements
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in product quality assurance within the poultry industry
- Mandatory experience working in poultry production, hatcheries, or integrated poultry operations
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Prepare audit reports, quality performance summaries, and executive recommendations for the senior management.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Collaborate with department managers to strengthen quality systems and improve operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, food safety, and quality management requirements.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
