Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales of table eggs and live birds within assigned markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Manage existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall commercial objectives
- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of table eggs and/or live birds within the MENA region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good commercial awareness and customer focused approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Currently based in Oman (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are seeking a Sales Executive to support the growth of our poultry business by driving sales of table eggs and live birds across the region.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of table eggs and/or live birds within the MENA region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently based in Oman.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
