- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectors
- Manage the end to end sales cycle (prospecting → solutioning → negotiation → closing)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Work closely with pre sales and technical teams to design tailored SI and managed services solutions
- Drive growth within existing accounts while expanding into new logos
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet revenue targets
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with strong focus on system integration and/or managed services
- Proven track record of selling into Government / public sector / Oil & Gas
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services models
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic language is a must

Job Description
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within government and Oil & Gas accounts by developing strategic client relationships and delivering complex SI and managed services solutions.
- This role requires a highly proactive individual contributor capable of managing the full sales cycle in a competitive and relationship driven market.

- With a strong footprint in government and regulated sectors, the company partners with leading global technology vendors and is actively expanding its presence in Qatar.

Profile
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on system integration and/or managed services
- Proven track record of selling into: Government / public sector / Oil & Gas (e.g., NOCs, energy companies)
- Strong understanding of: IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services models
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the GCC market (Qatar exposure is a plus)
- Arabic language is a must
