Job Description

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within government and Oil & Gas accounts by developing strategic client relationships and delivering complex SI and managed services solutions.
  • This role requires a highly proactive individual contributor capable of managing the full sales cycle in a competitive and relationship driven market.

  • They specialize in delivering end to end IT system integration, managed services, and digital transformation solutions across multiple industries.
  • With a strong footprint in government and regulated sectors, the company partners with leading global technology vendors and is actively expanding its presence in Qatar.

Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government entities and O&G organizations
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectors
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle (prospecting → solutioning → negotiation → closing)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Work closely with pre sales and technical teams to design tailored SI and managed services solutions
  • Drive growth within existing accounts while expanding into new logos
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet revenue targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Profile

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on system integration and/or managed services
  • Proven track record of selling into: Government / public sector / Oil & Gas (e.g., NOCs, energy companies)
  • Strong understanding of: IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services models
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in the GCC market (Qatar exposure is a plus)
  • Arabic language is a must
