- Strong negotiating skills

- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business to meet individual goals and budgeted sales
- Travel is a requirement
- Saudi National (due to Saudization commitment)

About the Role
- As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that encompasses both new and existing accounts.
- Your main objective will be to exceed revenue targets through various strategies, including outside sales calls, on site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
- This role requires travel.
Knowledge and Skills
- Three years previous experience in Luxury Hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts and strong negotiating skills.
- Traveling is a requirement.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in the English language.
- Strong planning and organizing skill.
- Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
- Experience with cluster / multi properties is an advantage.
