- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing training and coaching, including product knowledge, market insights, and sales pitch development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off plan and secondary property markets
- Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across the team
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one on one coaching sessions
- Oversee lead management, ensuring proper follow up, conversion, and CRM tracking
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
- Support agents in closing deals, negotiations, and client relationship management
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to build a high performing team
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in real estate brokerage
- Strong background in both off plan and secondary market sales (mandatory)
- Minimum 5–8 years of real estate experience, including leadership responsibilities
- In depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate platforms
- Real estate license (preferred/mandatory as per local regulations)

- This role requires a hands on leader who can develop winning sales strategies, oversee daily team operations, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
