- Negotiate deals professionally between buyers and sellers
- Maintain accurate client and property records
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Promote company listings through portals, social media, and personal network
Requirements
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai secondary real estate market is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, motivated, and target driven personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is a plus

Compensation
- Attractive commission based structure with strong earning potential
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
