About the Role

- Handle secondary and off plan property sales
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties
- Follow up with portal leads, company leads, and personal leads
- Conduct property viewings and developer presentations
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
- Promote listings through portals, social media, and professional networks
- Provide accurate market advice to clients
- Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
- Maintain updated client records and property information
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Experience in both secondary and off plan sales is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and client focused personality
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and market trends
- Ability to manage leads and follow ups professionally
- UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Must be target driven and serious about growth

Compensation
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
