Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven Secondary Real Estate Agent with experience in the Dubai property market.
  • The ideal candidate will primarily focus on the secondary market while also assisting clients with off plan property opportunities.
  • The successful candidate should have excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build long term relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for secondary market properties through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice based on clients' needs and investment goals.
  • Market and promote property listings across online portals and social media platforms.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations within Dubai's real estate sector.
  • Identify and present suitable off plan projects to clients seeking investment opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay informed about new project launches.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional after sales service to maintain long term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market.
  • Experience or knowledge of off plan property sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of major property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
