Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for secondary market properties through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice based on clients' needs and investment goals
- Market and promote property listings across online portals and social media platforms
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations within Dubai's real estate sector
- Identify and present suitable off plan projects to clients seeking investment opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay informed about new project launches
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional after sales service to maintain long term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of major property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Secondary Real Estate Agent with experience in the Dubai property market.
