- Develop marketing plans and programs to grow the company’s sales and increase market share.
- Design specific marketing strategies aimed at customer retention.
- Follow procedures that enhance customer service and ensure ongoing follow up.
- Provide recommendations and suggest new methods to meet customer needs.
- Monitor marketing metrics and trends and analyze customer activities.
- Select and review customer relationship management systems that align with the company’s needs.
- Conduct various marketing research activities to track trends, understand customer requirements, and analyze competitors.
- Carry out regular field visits, follow up on sales results, and meet with potential clients.
- Lead and guide the sales team, including setting targets, providing training, and motivating employees to meet objectives.
- Conduct in depth market research to monitor consumer trends and identify customer needs.
- Negotiate with key clients, such as retailers and distributors, to secure profitable deals and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the sales field.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
