Job Overview

  • We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies—particularly in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose short, medium, and long term marketing plans and strategies for the company.
  • Develop marketing plans and programs to grow the company’s sales and increase market share.
  • Design specific marketing strategies aimed at customer retention.
  • Follow procedures that enhance customer service and ensure ongoing follow up.
  • Provide recommendations and suggest new methods to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and trends and analyze customer activities.
  • Select and review customer relationship management systems that align with the company’s needs.
  • Conduct various marketing research activities to track trends, understand customer requirements, and analyze competitors.
  • Carry out regular field visits, follow up on sales results, and meet with potential clients.
  • Lead and guide the sales team, including setting targets, providing training, and motivating employees to meet objectives.
  • Conduct in depth market research to monitor consumer trends and identify customer needs.
  • Negotiate with key clients, such as retailers and distributors, to secure profitable deals and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the sales field.
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
