- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our FMCG sales operations.
- The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage sales teams and distributor networks, expand market share, and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.
- Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution across retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate sales activities and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, performance reviews, and business presentations.
- Ensure timely collections, credit control, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution, retail operations, and sales planning.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
