We are looking for a

Sales Manager

to lead business development efforts for a well-established strategic marketing & events agency based in Abu Dhabi.

If you excel at closing deals, navigating government procurement, and building long-term client partnerships β€” this role is for you.

πŸ”Ž About the Role

As the

Sales Manager

  • , you will be responsible for driving new business across government, semi-government, and corporate clients.
  • You will own the end-to-end tender process, supplier coordination, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy.
  • Your goal:
  • win high-impact projects and expand the agency’s footprint across Abu Dhabi & UAE.
  • πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across government and enterprise sectors.
  • Lead the complete
  • tender/bid management process
  • – proposal development, compliance, submissions.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement, marketing, and event teams.
  • Manage suppliers and ensure timely delivery of services aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, upselling & cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide revenue forecasts & sales reports.

  • **5+ years of sales experience in the UAE**
  • within events, brand activations, conferences, or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to

  • Strong experience managing tenders, proposals, RFPs, and procurement portals.
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers across marketing, events, and procurement.
