Requirements
- 5–10 years in investor relations, capital markets, or investment relationship management (UAE/GCC)
- Mandatory: hands on ADX experience — listing rules, disclosure regime, SCA regulations
- Strong grasp of capital markets, valuation, and financial statements
- Excellent stakeholder communication; Arabic + English strongly preferred
- Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Business; CFA or IR certification a plus

Role Overview
- On behalf of a leading ADX listed investment holding company in Abu Dhabi with a diversified portfolio across real estate and high growth sectors, we are seeking an accomplished Investment Relationship Manager to join its leadership facing investments team.
- This is a high visibility role for someone who can be the trusted interface between the company and its investors, shareholders, and capital market stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, brokers, and analysts.
- Lead investor communications, disclosures, and IR activities in line with ADX / SCA requirements.
- Build and grow relationships with HNWI, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Present investment opportunities across real estate and high growth assets.
- Prepare Board level investor decks, updates, and capital market reporting.
What you'll bring
