- Measure effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives
- Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, reviews)
- Define and implement KPIs aligned with organizational strategy
- Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and employee development
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and high potential talent
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Prior experience with Abu Dhabi government / semi government entities (mandatory)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in L&D and Performance Management
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
