Hiring: L&D & Performance Management Specialist (8 Month Project)

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Sector: Government
  • 8 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities Learning & Development

  • Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs (workshops, curricula, e learning).
  • Support creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Measure effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Performance Management

  • Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, reviews).
  • Define and implement KPIs aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and employee development.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and high potential talent.

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Prior experience with Abu Dhabi government / semi government entities (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in L&D and Performance Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
