Responsibilities
- Lead B2B sales operations across industrial, fleet, energy, factory, and government sectors in the UAE
- Develop go to market strategies and pricing frameworks for institutional clients
- Coach and manage Key Account Managers and Sales Engineers across segments
- Lead tender submissions, government contract renewals, and long term service level agreements (SLAs)
- Implement account plans and conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic clients
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive solution based sales initiatives
- Drive cross selling opportunities across product categories including lubricants, batteries, filters, and spare parts
- Monitor competitor activities and develop value added service propositions to enhance customer retention and differentiation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 10 15 years of B2B sales experience within fleet, oil & gas, industrial, and government sectors
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, key account management, and solution selling
- Proven leadership experience managing technical sales, account management, or business development teams

Job Purpose
- Lead and grow the institutional and B2B sales portfolio across fleet operators, government entities, energy sectors, industrial plants, factories, and construction equipment.
- This role manages Key Account Managers and Sales Engineers, ensuring delivery of growth plans, market penetration, solution selling, and contract retention.
- The role requires strong engineering acumen to lead customer specific technical solutions and build long term commercial partnerships.
Job Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven leadership experience managing technical sales, account management, or business development teams.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep product knowledge of lubricants, batteries, filters, and fleet maintenance solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B procurement cycles, tendering processes, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership, coaching, and sales performance management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and solution presentation skills.
