About the Role
Sales Manager position focused on developing new business and managing customer accounts for a technology products and solutions business.
The role serves business customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable technology products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential business customers and develop new accounts.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Discuss pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on customer orders.
- Maintain sales records and follow up on pending opportunities.
- Work toward agreed sales objectives.
Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in technology product or solution sales.
- Previous experience selling computer hardware or related technology products.
- Experience working with business customers.
- Knowledge of computers, servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Experience handling customer enquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
