About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist / Community Coordinator to join an established padel club in Dubai. The ideal candidate should already have experience working as a receptionist, front-desk executive, or community coordinator within a padel club or sports facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the club's reception and front desk operations.
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors.
- Handle bookings, court reservations, registrations, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with members regarding schedules, sessions, tournaments, and events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members and encourage community engagement.
- Support the organization of padel activities, social events, leagues, and tournaments.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, walk-ins, and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with coaches, club management, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate booking and member records.
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment at the club.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist/front-desk or community role at a padel club is mandatory.
- Experience in a sports club, fitness facility, racket sports club, or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
