About the Role
Join an established padel club in Dubai as a Receptionist / Community Coordinator.
Serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors while supporting the club community experience.
The role is within the padel and sports recreation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and front-desk operations.
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors.
- Handle bookings, court reservations, registrations, and inquiries.
- Coordinate schedules, sessions, tournaments, and events with members.
- Build member relationships and encourage community engagement.
- Support padel activities, social events, leagues, and tournaments.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, walk-ins, and basic administration.
- Coordinate with coaches, club management, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate booking and member records.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and energetic club environment.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist, front-desk, or community experience at a padel club is mandatory.
- Experience in a sports club, fitness facility, racket sports club, or similar environment will be considered.
