Job Summary

  • Tawla Portal LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive business growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • This role requires a proactive leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for technology and the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage and hospitality sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and successfully close sales agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure the CRM system is updated with accurate customer and sales pipeline information.
  • Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling the company's products and services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably within SaaS, hospitality technology, POS systems, or the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and solution based selling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision makers.
  • Self motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.
