- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage and hospitality sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long term partnerships and customer satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets
- Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and successfully close sales agreements
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer requirements
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings
- Ensure the CRM system is updated with accurate customer and sales pipeline information
- Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling the company's products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably within SaaS, hospitality technology, POS systems, or the Food & Beverage industry
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and solution based selling
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision makers
- Self motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid UAE driving license is a must

Job Summary
- Tawla Portal LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive business growth.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- This role requires a proactive leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for technology and the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities
