The Role

Compensation

• Fixed monthly base salary aligned with experience and seniority.
• Attractive, uncapped commission structure tied directly to closed deals, team performance, and overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with FirstPoint Group's growth and premium positioning.
• Build, train, and lead a high performing sales team, setting clear KPIs, targets, and accountability standards.
• Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion across interior design, fit out, renovation, maintenance, and fix and flip projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property investors, real estate agencies, consultants, and high net worth clients.
• Work closely with the design, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth handover and project profitability.
• Implement and optimize sales processes within our CRM (Odoo), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to keep FirstPoint Group ahead of the curve.
• Report directly to the Chair/CEO on performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

What We'Re Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record in interior design, fit out, construction, real estate, or related industries in the UAE.
• Strong network of developers, property owners, investors, and consultants in Dubai is a major advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales teams, set KPIs, and hit aggressive targets.
• Skilled in consultative and solution based selling, especially for premium and luxury clients.
• Hands on, structured, and execution focused, comfortable in a fast moving, founder led environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Odoo preferred) and data driven sales management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Arabic is a strong plus.
• UAE driving license required.
