- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Ensure pantry supplies, cleaning materials, and office refreshments are adequately stocked
- Clean and organize office furniture, equipment, and workstations as required
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution
- Support office staff with general administrative and operational tasks
- Dispose of office waste and maintain proper waste segregation
- Set up meeting rooms before meetings and ensure they are cleaned afterward
- Report any maintenance issues or shortages of supplies to the Administration Department
- Assist in receiving office deliveries and arranging supplies
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic communication skills in English
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance

Job Summary
