AMIS Development is seeking a
Sales Manager
to lead sales across our
luxury real estate portfolio
in the UAE.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in real estate sales, deep market knowledge, and a passion for closing
high-value transactions
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead sales initiatives for luxury residential and mixed-use developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and key partners
- Engage with high-net-worth buyers and investors through presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate and convert high-quality leads
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum
- 3 years of real estate development sales experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the
- local property market, broker networks, and investor landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
