Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms across the UAE
- Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand the company's broker network
- Act as primary point of contact for brokers, ensuring timely communication and support
- Plan and execute broker engagement initiatives including networking events, project launches, roadshows, and training sessions
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize project visibility and broker participation
- Monitor broker performance and implement strategies to increase sales through channel partners
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure brokers are well informed about project updates, pricing, payment plans, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and partnership activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in Channel Relations, Business Development, or Broker Management within a UAE real estate developer
- Strong existing relationships with leading UAE brokerage firms
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and well connected Channel Relations Manager to strengthen and expand our network of brokerage partners.
Key Responsibilities
