Role Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and well connected Channel Relations Manager to strengthen and expand our network of brokerage partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms across the UAE.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand the company's broker network.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Plan and execute broker engagement initiatives, including networking events, project launches, roadshows, and training sessions.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize project visibility and broker participation.
  • Monitor broker performance and implement strategies to increase sales through channel partners.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure brokers are well informed about project updates, pricing, payment plans, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and partnership activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 4 years of experience in Channel Relations, Business Development, or Broker Management within a UAE real estate developer.
  • Strong existing relationships with leading UAE brokerage firms.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self motivated with a proven ability to achieve partnership and sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
