Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue and occupancy targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, leisure, airline, and travel trade segments
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate partners
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with the hotel's revenue strategy
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to optimize business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales missions to promote the hotel
- Manage corporate accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management
- Monitor sales performance against budgets and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Experience handling corporate accounts, government business, travel agencies, and group bookings
- Familiarity with the local hospitality market and established industry contacts is an advantage

Requirements
