Four Seasons Hotels Qatar seeks a Sales Manager for the Cluster Sales team, representing Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. The role involves driving revenue, managing accounts, and developing new business.

Responsibilities
- Administer the sales program of the hotel
- Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the Commercial plan
- Actively participate in achieving departmental goals contributing to hotel budgets
- Solicit from assigned local corporate/long stays/group/leisure segments for rooms, food & beverage, banquet, and all hotel business
- Write strategic sales action plans for assigned segments
- Monitor accounts revenue and business productions
- Maximize up selling opportunities
- Attend work functions and promotional events to promote sales
- Plan sales trips under approval of Director of Sales or Commercial Director
- Review direct competition and conduct regular research
- Maintain hotel database and Central Information System
- Conduct site inspections
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and third parties
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong bilingual writing skills

Key Responsibilities

- Review direct competition and conduct regular research.
- Maintain hotel database and Central Information System.
- Complete weekly Golden S&C sales calls report.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and third parties.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
