- Generate new business opportunities and negotiate management agreements with property owners
- Develop strategic partnerships with developers and real estate investment companies
- Monitor market trends, new developments, and upcoming projects in Qatar
- Maintain a database of potential properties, investors, and developers
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations with property owners and developers
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments for contract preparation and execution
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and local regulations
