Requirements

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and third parties
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to remain calm and resourceful in fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong bilingual writing skills

About the Role
- Four Seasons Hotels Qatar seeks a Sales Manager to join the Cluster Sales team, representing Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar.
- This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales and plays a key role in driving revenue performance across both properties.
Responsibilities
- Administer the sales program of the hotel.
- Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the Commercial plan.
- Actively participate in achieving departmental goals contributing to hotel budgets.
- Solicit from assigned local corporate/long stays/group/leisure segments for rooms, food & beverage, banquet, and all hotel business.
- Write strategic sales action plans for assigned segments.
- Closely monitor accounts revenue and business productions; maximize up selling opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and promotional events; plan sales trips.
- Review direct competition and conduct regular research.
- Maintain hotel database and Central Information System.
- Conduct telemarketing and research to qualify accounts.
- Host corporate familiarization groups, hotel tours, and assist colleagues.
- Develop new accounts and cross sell sister properties and services.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role.
