Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contracting and construction sectors
- Build and maintain long term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting, project sales, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi contracting market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
