Job Summary
Blumen Coffee & Sweets Shop is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Riyadh.
We are specifically looking for **Saudi nationals or candidates who were born and raised in Saudi Arabia**.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation for all drinks served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, coffee bar, and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a professional attitude and positive behavior with customers and team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with restocking and opening/closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso, latte art, brewing methods, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
- Good communication skills; English is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- **Must be a Saudi national or raised in Saudi Arabia.**
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
