We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Client Coordinator to lead sales performance across aesthetic clinics in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase clinic revenue and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, conversion rates, and business performance metrics
- Lead, coach, and motivate clinic teams to maximize sales opportunities and treatment conversions
- Identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions
- Work closely with Clinic Managers and Operations teams to improve patient experience and commercial outcomes
- Develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase patient acquisition and retention
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance updates for senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail sectors
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager/Client Coordinator to lead sales performance across our aesthetic clinics in Dubai.
