About the Role
Kaya Skin Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive / Junior Accountant to join their finance team in Dubai. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting transactions, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting with financial closing.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Reconcile cash, card, and online payment collections
- Process supplier payments and monitor outstanding balances
- Assist with monthly and year end financial closing activities
- Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and MIS reports
- Support payroll accounting, employee benefits, and statutory provisions
- Maintain fixed asset records and assist with inventory reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with VAT, accounting standards, and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Good communication skills in English

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
