Responsibilities
- Manage course enrollment, student queries, and registration processes end to end
- Coordinate scheduling, training days, faculty and classrooms
- Generate leads, make cold calls and convert enquiries into bookings
- Handle day to day administration including attendance, certificates, and student files
- Liaise daily with marketing, faculty and operations
- Liaise with product suppliers for kit preparation and consumable inventory
- Assist in regulatory filing and accreditation documentation
- Be the first point of contact for students, trainers, and partners, including front desk support on training days
Requirements
- 4 5 years in an administrative, coordinator, customer service or enrolment role
- Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, education or training is preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong organization and multitasking; comfortable owning schedules and chasing deadlines
- Proactive, solution oriented, and student focused
- Confident communicator, fluent English; Arabic a plus

What We Are Looking For
- 4 5 years in an administrative, coordinator, customer service or enrolment role

- Proactive, solution oriented, and student focused
- Clinical background in aesthetic medicine is a strong plus
- GCC network within aesthetics or medical education
- Confident communicator, fluent English; Arabic a plus
