- Proactively identify, develop, and convert new B2B and B2C business opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual guests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, on site visits, and personalized follow ups
- Represent the property at trade shows, corporate networking events, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor competitor performance, industry trends, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in hospitality, real estate, or luxury services (UAE experience mandatory)
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

Job Description
- Proactively identify, develop, and convert new B2B and B2C business opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual guests to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals for rooms, events, and F&B
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, on site visits, personalized follow ups, and professional account servicing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Represent the property at trade shows, corporate networking events, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility; Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and property tours to generate new leads and strengthen market positioning
- Continuously monitor competitor performance, industry trends, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Sales or Business Development within the hospitality, real estate, or luxury services industry (UAE experience is a must)
- Must have a UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred; Proven ability to achieve revenue targets, build client pipelines, and convert leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese fluency is mandatory
