Role Overview
Lead sales activities for a company distributing premium Italian and European finishing materials.
Drive revenue growth across the Saudi market, with a focus on Riyadh construction and design projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Manage the complete project sales pipeline from lead generation through order, delivery, and collection.
- Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and design firms.
- Develop new project opportunities across Riyadh.
- Ensure company brands are included in BOQs, project specifications, and technical submittals.
- Present premium finishing materials to clients and project stakeholders.
- Track sales performance, pipeline progress, conversion rates, and collections.
- Set individual and team targets and ensure follow-up.
- Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports to the COO.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved margins.
- Coordinate with estimation and logistics teams for project execution and delivery.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, project opportunities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Strong B2B project sales experience in finishing or building materials is required.
- An established network within the Riyadh construction and design community is required.
