Key Accountabilities
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Oversee invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and account follow-up across the receivables cycle.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and aging reports and take corrective action on overdue accounts.
- Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Follow up on invoices, disputes, deductions, and payment delays with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and approve receivable transactions within company policies and authorization limits.
- Prepare AR reports, collection forecasts, aging analyses, and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to resolve customer-related financial issues.
- Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms and highlight potential credit risks.
- Ensure documentation and accounting treatment for receivables, provisions, write-offs, and doubtful debts.
- Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable closing activities.
