The Client Services Director will lead management and oversight of service-providing companies and contractors.
The role is responsible for high-quality, compliant service delivery aligned with organizational strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and improve frameworks for managing service providers, contractors, and vendor governance standards.
- Oversee qualification, accreditation, and performance evaluation of service providers.
- Manage service packages and offerings to ensure execution meets approved requirements and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of Hajj companies' policies, procedures, operating models, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure contracting procedures, governance, and SLA management comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor service-provider performance, identify gaps, and develop recommendations and improvement plans.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships and distribute responsibilities among account managers.
- Monitor account-manager performance and deliverables.
- Work with senior leadership to prioritize vendor and service initiatives based on strategic value, business impact, and risk.
- Develop executive dashboards, performance reports, and updates for the CEO and Executive Committee.
Requirements
- Ability to lead frameworks for managing service providers, contractors, and vendor governance standards.
- Ability to oversee service-provider qualification, accreditation, and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of internal Hajj companies' policies, procedures, operating models, and regulatory obligations.
- Ability to manage contracting procedures, governance, and service-level agreements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze service-provider performance, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans.
- Ability to manage supplier and vendor relationships and coordinate account-manager responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize vendor and service initiatives based on strategic value, business impact, and risk.
