Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through effective sales strategies
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to grow market share
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing sales channels
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action when required
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
- Take full ownership of B2C sales performance and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in B2C telecom sales in the UAE (strong advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong target driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results
- Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment
- Must have own visa

Overview
- VEGA LEADER, an authorized partner of Virgin Mobile UAE, is seeking a high performing Sales Manager who has their own visa to lead B2C telecom sales operations in Dubai.
