- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with business clients to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Promote and sell products and services directly to individual customers in outdoor locations
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product solutions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through direct customer interaction and follow ups
- Train store partners and engage customers
Requirements
- Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Outdoor Sales Representative with experience in both B2B and B2C sales to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and driving sales growth across business clients and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities B2B Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target business clients such as retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and other commercial partners.
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure repeat business and long term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with business clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities B2C Sales
- Promote and sell products and services directly to individual customers in outdoor locations.
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through direct customer interaction and follow ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Train store partners and engage customers.
