Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the B2C sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and market share
- Oversee daily sales operations and monitor key performance indicators
- Identify new business opportunities and improve existing sales channels
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans where required
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management
- Take ownership of team performance and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Previous B2C telecom sales experience in the UAE is strongly preferred
- Experience managing and developing a sales team
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE

Job Overview
