Job Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Outdoor Sales Representative with experience in both B2B and B2C sales to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target business clients such as retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and other commercial partners.
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure repeat business and long term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with business clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Promote and sell products and services directly to individual customers in outdoor locations.
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through direct customer interaction and follow ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Train store partners and engage customers.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Experience with B2B & B2C.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present products and solutions to businesses and individual customers.
- Self motivated and target driven.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer focused with a problem solving mindset.
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,001.00 per month
