Role Overview

  • VEGA LEADER, an authorised partner of Virgin Mobile UAE, is seeking a high performing Sales Manager (Female) with her own visa to lead B2C telecom sales operations in Dubai.
  • The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, managing a strong sales team, and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and optimise existing sales channels.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team.
  • Monitor team performance and take corrective action when required.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Take full ownership of B2C sales performance and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in B2C telecom sales in the UAE (strong advantage).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong target driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment.
  • Strong accountability mindset focused on results and execution.
