We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the food industry.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with business clients.
The successful candidate will be passionate about achieving results, experienced in B2B sales, and capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment focused on growth and continuous development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute approved sales plans and strategies for corporate clients within the food sector.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with B2B clients such as restaurants, supermarkets, retail stores, and distributors.
- Follow up with existing clients to enhance repeat sales opportunities and increase sales volume.
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base in the market.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients until closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
- Follow up on payment collections when needed in coordination with the finance department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the food industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office programs.
