Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records
- Prepare, record, and review journal entries
- Perform customer account reconciliations, payment tracking, and collection follow up
- Manage and monitor supplier/vendor accounts and perform regular reconciliations
- Oversee inventory and warehouse management, including periodic stock counts and reconciliation
- Prepare periodic financial reports and support daily accounting activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in accounting
- Strong experience in preparing, recording, and reviewing journal entries
- Proven expertise in customer account reconciliations, payment tracking, and collection follow up
- Experience in managing and monitoring supplier/vendor accounts and performing regular reconciliations
- Strong background in inventory and warehouse management, including periodic stock counts and reconciliation with accounting records
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, financial analysis, and advanced functions
- Hands on experience using accounting systems and ERP/accounting software
- Ability to prepare periodic financial reports and support daily accounting activities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Previous experience in the Restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred
