About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow business with major supermarket and hypermarket chains in Saudi Arabia. The role involves relationship management, commercial negotiations, product listings, promotional planning, and sales performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with major supermarket and hypermarket accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Handle day to day communication with purchasing teams, category managers, commercial teams, and key decision makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure product listings with major retail chains.
- Lead commercial negotiations related to product listings, pricing, annual agreements, rebates, discounts, promotional support, marketing activities, and payment terms.
- Prepare and execute account plans for each retail partner, including sales targets, promotional plans, visibility plans, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, including sales volume, sell in, sell out, stock movement, product availability, and profitability.
- Plan and manage promotional activities, including monthly offers, seasonal campaigns, bundle offers, gondola displays, and in store activations.
- Ensure strong product visibility, shelf placement, availability, and execution across supermarket and hypermarket channels.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase sales, market share, and product penetration.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account budgets, business reviews, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams including supply chain, finance, marketing, operations, and production to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, stock availability, collections, credit notes, deductions, and commercial claims.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, retail sales, or FMCG sales.
- Direct experience working with major supermarket and hypermarket chains in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing accounts such as Panda, Othaim Markets, Danube, Tamimi Markets, Carrefour, Lulu, Al Sadhan, or similar major retail groups.
- Strong understanding of supermarket and hypermarket commercial processes, listing procedures, category management, annual agreements, rebates, promotions, and trade marketing.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and close deals with major retail chains.
- Strong ability to analyze sales numbers, track account performance, manage profitability, and prepare forecasts.
- Strong relationships within the Saudi supermarket and hypermarket sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, follow up, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in food, FMCG, consumer goods, or packaged products is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver measurable sales results.

About the Role
